One of my friends was over the other day. It was really hot out and my friend is studying nutrition, so she wanted to make a cold snack that was healthier than popsicles or ice cream. She remembered seeing dippin’ dots made out of yogurt on Pinterest, so we decided to give it a try.
All you do is cut a corner off of a plastic bag, pour yogurt into the bag, and drop little dots the size you prefer onto wax paper on a baking sheet, then put them in the freezer for about half an hour. We mixed ours with some pineapple chunks in a blender before dropping them.
They were really good and were a healthy way to cool off. So I guess you could call this experiment a success!
