Hi! I'm Beth! I'm a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in the Republic of Moldova. I'm now located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York, where I'm enjoying all that this area has to offer, updating my new home, and traveling whenever I get the chance!
